Zu since you are a US citizen I believe, there have been some changes for sellers. Ebay as of now is filing 1099C for most volume sellers on Ebay. I believe the article I read said sales in excess $20K, or more than 6 sales a year.

That means you have a US tax Liability if you meet these criteria. Also if I remember the article correctly you will also have a state tax liability. Articles were in both USA Today, NY Times and the WSJ.

Oh yeah it does not matter if it is Ebay.at, you will still have a US tax liability.

No, however I have many friends in the EU and the US who are. That said the people I know who have sold here have moved on.
