I must have been very lucky in MA35, as I got someone who spoke slowly in Viennese dialect at first, and then switched to French when I explained I still didn't get the dialect after 3 months

This said, at Wien Energie I got someone speaking English pretty fast when I first called (from the UK) to arrange for an appointment to get the ball rolling, but this morning I got someone who spoke Viennese dialect and fortunately slowed down when I asked them to speak slowlier.
