When I lived in the 2nd district there was a very nice bike shop on Praterstrasse very close to Nestroyplatz ubahn station. Sorry I forget the name but you might want to check it out.

Although I guess you might need to get lucky with you service employee.

well my buddy went to WUK and bought parts there and at a bikeshop and fixed it for less than 30euro for me..... and the bike shop on wiednerhaupstrasse was going to charge me 163euro....

so i recommend people try to use these community places big time.
